In PairShelf, open Product pairs, search your published catalog, choose a trigger product and related items, then save and activate the pair. The storefront block only shows active pairs for products that are available to sell.
On Growth or Pro, create a separate pair with Cart page placement, or a Cart page rule matching a product tag or type. Save and activate it. In the theme editor, select the Cart template, add PairShelf cart pairs, and save. Add the starting product to the cart and keep the recommended product out of it. Product page pairs do not also appear in the cart. Cart drawer placement depends on your theme’s app-block support.
PairShelf records storefront views, clicks and adds only when the Shopify Customer Privacy API reports analytics consent. A click means opening a recommended product or pressing its Add to cart button, counted once per pair or rule per page load. Adds count confirmed cart updates; a failed add can still count as a click. Click rate is clicks divided by views. Events are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics describe interactions and do not guarantee sales or conversion lift.
Check that the pair is active, the trigger and recommended products are published and available, and the PairShelf block is enabled on the correct theme template. A valid active subscription is required.
Confirm an active Growth or Pro plan, an active Cart page pair or rule, and the PairShelf cart pairs block saved on the Cart template. The cart must contain the starting product or a product matching the rule. Both tag and type must match if both are set. Products already in the cart are excluded. The theme editor preview can have a different cart from another storefront tab.
Export & recovery downloads PairShelf configuration and Shopify product references as JSON. It is not a database backup, and PairShelf does not currently import that file to restore data.
Open Plans & usage and choose Refresh plan status. Shopify controls the approval page and subscription state; PairShelf updates access after Shopify reports the change.
Include your store domain and the PairShelf page where you got stuck. Do not email passwords, access tokens or customer information.
